By signing up and actively using the our site program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. The owner may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with our program. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
 

Paid To Promote Users: You must be an active Paid To Read member to use and earn from the Paid To Promote feature of the site.

If at anytime you are found to be using the Paid To Promote feature without being an active Paid To Read member You account will be deleted and all earnings referrals and PTP earnings will be forfeited! NO EXCEPTIONS! You must click a minimum of 100 Paid Links per month, At least 50 email links and 50 PTC banners, you must also have a Minimum of 10% Personal earnings compared to your PTP Earnings (5% for upgraded members)

Responsibility of Members:

You must be able to read English and write English. This site sends English tests!

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program is open to both US and International members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws. You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not signup multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing account with our program. You will use your username / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your account and pressing the edit user information button. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account. Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by the owner be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. You agree to receive email advertising from us, limited to no more than 200 per day. In the event your email account on file becomes closed or blocked for 7 (seven) or more days to messages from our program your account will be terminated and you will forfeit all prior earnings. In the event your email account on file is full for 7 (seven) consecutive days your account will be terminated and you will forfeit all prior earnings. Any accounts with bogus, false, abbreviated or incomplete information will be terminated and all earnings will be forfeited. If your IP address and country do not match, your account will be terminated and all earnings will be forfeited.

Relationship of the Parties:

You and Our Company are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and us. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of our company. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using this site.

Limitation of Liability:

We will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or our program, even if we has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, we aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Link Errors:

At times we may send out a link that was for the wrong amount. You understand that if this happens we reserve the right to do a roll back on your account and deduct mistaken earnings from your account.

Cheat Links and Banners:

You understand that there will be a cheat banner placed in the paid to click sections and also a cheat link in email ads clearly marked.  If you click these links or banners your account will be debited up to an amount of $1.00 and will be terminated without notice to you if you click 3 or more of these links or banners. If this happens your account will not be restored and you will lose all earnings and referrals. The usage of any email reading software is strictly prohibited and if found to be using such software your account will be terminated losing all earnings and referrals.

Link Sharing / Accessing Paid Links:

We do NOT permit link sharing. Link sharing is the posting of our paid links on a forum / web site / mailing list, etc. for the direct purpose of sharing those links with others. Any members caught link sharing will have their accounts deleted immediately.
You are not permitted to access the paid links for madearnings.com in any way other than what is considered the "norm" by us. This means viewing source code to pull links and automatic click software programs, among other various ways to harvest links, are all prohibited. If caught your account will be deleted immediately. NO exceptions. You are expected to read your emails then follow the paid link to the advertisers web site. If you use our PTC sections, then you are expected to login to your member area, and manually click the banners/links in the PTC sections to visit the advertisers site.

If you are caught cheating at one of our sites, you will be deleted from all four. There will be NO exceptions and emails asking why you have been deleted will NOT be answered

Downline Credit:

You must be at least 25 Percent as active as your downline in order to receive credit for your downline earnings.

Payments:

Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by us. Members may earn by referring new members to the our program. Once you have reached the payout amount set by our company a button will appear in your earnings section of your account. You may cash out with PayPal or eGold. Payments will be made within 30 days of the time payment was requested or a reasonable time thereafter subject to account review. You must have your own payment account and not share an account with any person. You must abide by all site rules and terms.

Reasons you may not be paid:

3 or more cheat links clicked

accessing the pages of the site that are not listed anywhere on site for members

Found to be abusing the site in anyway

Found to be using clicking software

Failing 3 English tests!

Not having enough Personal PTR earnings in your account to cover affiliate page and ptp earnings

Not having clicked 100 links per month

Having the same payment account as someone else
