Account Questions:

Am I allowed to have more than one account?
We allow one account per individual. There may be more than one account per household, however each person registering an account must have a separate computer and separate ISP to participate in our program and seperate banking account.

How can I log into my account?
Log in at http://www.madearnings.commadearnings.com/login.php

How can I cancel my account?
Go to your user info page and at the bottom of the page you enter your username and password, then click cancel.

How can I change my personal information?
Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info." link. You will be able to edit any of your information except your name and member ID.

I live outside the US, can I join?
Yes, we welcome all international members within the teir 1/2 countries only. Our only requirement is that you MUST be able to read and understand english. We do send occasional english tests to our member base to ensure this requirement is followed.

I have Web-TV, can I join too?
Yes, though some programs will not allow WEB-TV users to join their program, we welcome WEB-TV users. Our efficient tracking method allows WEB-TV users full earning privileges.


Earnings Questions:

How much do I earn by participating in paid-emails?
Each advertiser pays a different amount per unique visit. These amounts change frequently so we cannot give an exact amount for each visit, however we do give you a large percentage of the amount we earn.

When can I request payment?
You may request payment after you have earned the amount set by our site at this time it is $3.00 for free members and a button appears in your members earnings area. You must have been a member of the site for at least 30 days to receive payment. You may only request payment 1 time per 30 days if you are a FREE member UPGRADED members can request at anytime no minimum and no time to wait on requesting. There is how ever a limit to the amount you can request for each request

You may not request more than $5.00 per request.

What can I do with the "POINTS" that I earn ?
Points can be used for a variety of things. You can save them and use them for advertising purchases, Points also convert to cash at .10 cents per 10,000 points.

How can I request payment?
After you have earned $3.00 the amount set by our site a "Withdraw" button will automatically appear on your earnings page. Press the button and fill out your request. Your request will automatically be sent to our accounts payable department. NOTE: Only PayPal and eGold no longer in use Alertpay only when available are payment options.

When am I paid?
You will find a WITHDRAW button in your earnings area or cash out link in your account menu. Payout minimum is currently $3.00 for FREE members and No minimum for UPGRADED members. FREE members may request payout 1 time per 30 days and Upgraded members may request as often as they like.

How am I paid?
You are paid in two ways. By choosing one of the many advertising options listed on the redemption page or by PayPal or AlertPay when available. Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by us. Members may earn by referring new members to the our program. Once you have reached the payout amount set by our company a button will appear in your members redemption area. Payments will be made within 30 of the time payment was requested or a reasonable time thereafter. And only after their account has been reviewed. WE DO NOT SEND CHECKS please do not ask us to


Referral Questions

How can I refer other members?
You may place a link with your referral url to madearnings.com on your website. You may add your referral url to your email signature. You can give out flyers or advertise in any way you wish except for Spamming.

What is my referral link?
Your personal referral link can be found on your personal "Referral links" page.

What can I earn through referrals?
Members will earn 15% of their direct referral earnings. There is only 1 level.

Are my referral earnings working?
Yes, it takes many paid emails received by members to have referral earnings show up, even for members that have 100's or 1000's in their downline. Referral earnings are displayed once a referred member has earned their referring member at least 1 full cent. Technically a member with 1000 referrals that have each earned him/her 1/2 cent has earned $5.00 but their earnings will not be shown until an individual member has earned them 1 full cent.

Paid To Promote Feature:

Can I use ONLY the PTP feature to earn?
NO, You must also be an active PTR member to earn from the ptp links on the site. You must click at least 50 email links and 50 PTC Banners a month.

The PTP Feature can be used by all members.

Do I have to have a certain amount in direct earnings before i can cash out if i am a regular ptp user?
YES, you must have at least 10% in Personal PTR Earnings if you are a free member and 5% if you are an Upgraded member
